SHIPPING CHARGES - TERMS OF SALE
New Shipping Rates in effect: November 20, 2024
USA Shipping:
▪ COMPACT DISC - Shipping charge = $5.50 for the first item + $1.00 for each additional item.
▪ VINYL - Shipping charge = $10.00 for the first item + $2.00 for each additional item.
▪ Orders for 1 to 2 items shipped via First Class Mail and usually arrive within 3 - 5 business days.
▪ 3 or more items shipped via Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2 - 4 business days.
▪ We always try and ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. However, we do not ship on weekends or postal holidays.
Canada Shipping:
▪ COMPACT DISC - Shipping charge = $14.00 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item.
▪ VINYL - Shipping charge = $15.00 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item.
▪ All orders shipped via International Airmail: Delivery time is typically 10 - 15 business days.
International Shipping: Europe, Central & South America, Mexico, Pacific Rim and Eastern Hemisphere including Japan, China, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand
▪ COMPACT DISC - Shipping charge = $18.50 for the first item + $3.50 for each additional item.
▪ VINYL - Shipping charge = $22.00 for the first item + $11.00 for one additional item, and then $5.00 for each additional item there after.
▪ All orders shipped via International Airmail: Delivery times will vary depending on location, 10 - 20 business days is typical for most countries. We cannot take into account the customs of any given country, because each is different. To date, we have never had a problem shipping internationally.
Back Orders:
Once a title is listed as OUT OF PRINT, we may or may not repress. Buy them before they are all gone.
Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders will be shipped when they are received in stock. When multiple items are ordered and one or more items are pre-orders, we ship the in-stock items as partial orders immediately to US customers and ship the preorders separate when they are in stock. Orders from outside the US that contain a mixture of in-stock and pre-ordered items will be held until the entire order is in stock and then shipped.
Warranties/Returns:
Eonian Records, LLC ensures delivery of product to the shipping address provided to us on email, phone, or mail orders for all US and Canadian orders at no additional charge. If an order is not received within 30 days of the shipping date, we will replace it at no charge. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Eonian Records, LLC warrants that our products will be received in undamaged condition. If a disc is received in damaged condition, we will replace or repair it free of charge. Our warranty covers damaged product and shipping problems only. We cannot accept returns or reimburse costs based on subjective assessment of product content or quality. Eonian Records, LLC does not sell, trade, lease or distribute the personal information of its registered users. All transmissions of personal user information are through Eonian Records, LLC secure computer servers, which run authentication and data encryption software. Access to registered users' accounts on our site is password protected.
