Shipping rates in effect: January 1, 2009

USA and CANADA

Shipping charges:

1 CD = $4.00
2 - 3 CDs = $6.00
4 - 5 CDs = $8.00
6 - 7 CDs = $10.00
8 CDs and up = $12.00

▪ Shipping for 8 or more items is $12.00 total (no increase in shipping costs beyond $12.00 - applies to any number of items.)

INTERNATIONAL:

Europe and Western Hemisphere (including Mexico, Central & South America), as well as the Pacific Rim and Eastern Hemisphere (Japan, China, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, etc.)

1 CD = $6.00
2 - 3 CDs = $10.00
4 - 5 CDs = $14.00
6 - 7 CDs = $18.00
8 CDs and up = $22.00

▪ Shipping for 8 or more items is $22.00 total (no increase in shipping costs beyond $22.00 - applies to any number of items.)

▪ All orders shipped via International Airmail: Delivery times will vary depending on location, 7 - 10 business days is typical for most countries although 2 weeks is not unusual.

▪ Note for customers in Argentina, Burma, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Venezuela: We will only process orders pre-paid with PayPal or certified bank checks.

Back Orders

Eonian Records will maintain inventory on all items and indicate stock status for each item on its "information" page.  On rare occasions we may temporarily be out of stock on an item (we change the status indicator on the information page for this item as soon as possible.) When multiple items are ordered and one or more items are out-of-stock, we may ship partial orders immediately to US and Canadian customers.  When the back order is received, we will ship the remainder of these orders (at no additional charge.)  Orders from outside the US and Canada will be held until the entire order is in stock and then shipped.  We do not process payments for any item (including shipping) until it is shipped.

Warranties / Returns

Eonian Records ensures delivery of product to the shipping address provided to us on email or mail orders for all US and Canadian orders at no additional charge. If an order is not received within 30 days of the shipping date, we will replace it at no charge. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Eonian Records warrants that our products will be received in undamaged condition. If a disc is received in damaged condition, we will replace or free of charge.

Our warranty covers damaged product and shipping problems only. We cannot accept returns or reimburse costs based on subjective assessment of product content or quality. Audio samples are available on this website so you can preview the music before you buy.

No refunds for downloads, as this is done through a third party.
